Getting results is key!
All training includes education and knowledge transfer. We rely significantly on the adult education principles of TELL, SHOW, DO, RECYCLE (provide feedback). Application, in the classroom and in the real world, are keys to knowledge transfer and results.

Processes with lots of variation and poor performance need standard work instructions. Creating the standards sets expectations and creates a calm consistency.
In these working sessions you will learn how to create and document standard procedures to gain some immediate productivity. Teams have gained up to 20% productivity/capacity!

History repeats itself. WHY? Why do we experience the same situation or problem over again? Why are we not learning from mistakes? There is a better way! At the conclusion of an experience, event, project, or simply a meeting follow this 4-Step lessons learned method to analyze performance data, identify data-based reasons for performance (both good and bad), extract learnings, and create actions. Leverage the experiences and learning to create actions and accountability.

Accelerate the speed and improve the quality a product or process by eliminating wait times, queue times, and other delays. Significant process improvement can be achieved with the application of 1. Flow one unit at a time (or minimum batch size), at a formulated and balanced rate; 2. Kanbans, and 3. visual controls to pull products or information.

MISSION: The organization’s purpose; what does the organization do and why does it exist.
VISION: A long term view (10-20 year) or “snapshot” of the future that the organization wants to create.
VALUES: The principles of conduct people abide by as they pursue the organization’s purpose.
