Utiliizing a Nonconformance Management Process is part of the organization's QUALITY MANAGEMENT.
A Nonconformance is any occurrance when something does meet expectations, standards, or requirements OR the potential exists to compromise safety, quality, or deviation from what is required. The nonconformance management process provides a structured approach to identify why the nonconformance occurred and the actions to eliminate the progress from reoccurring.
GOAL: To increase the knowledge, skills, and confidence to guide nonconformance identification, management, elimination, & documentation.
