MISSION: The organization’s purpose; what does the organization do and why does it exist.
VISION: A long term view (10-20 year) or “snapshot” of the future that the organization wants to create.
VALUES: The principles of conduct people abide by as they pursue the organization’s purpose.

System-wide thinking approach and templates will identify big changes that improve work processes and outcomes for all. It's a Win-Win! This will help you identify where problems occur AND where they begin. Note, system-wide thinking will have you focusing beyond your areas of control. It will involve your customers, partners, and suppliers.

Stop using guesses and symptoms to address problems and get to the root causes and corrective actions that will prevent the problem from reoccurring! This course “Problem Solving and Solution Identification” teaches the process and techniques to frame a problem, get to the roots of the problem, and identify high priority solutions.

Everyone works through changes at different rates (one imposed upon us and even ones in which we are involved). Using tried and successful change management processes and techniques can help decrease the stress, anxiety, and time to implement changes while improving the effectiveness of the change. This course focuses on the knowledge and skills to understand the concepts of change, identify techniques to help and begin apply techniques to your change.

Develop knowledge and skills to effectively and efficiently facilitate the organization’s annual improvement plan. The course includes
1. Evaluate data (Customer, Organization, Work Processes, Culture, Learnings). 2. Create a plan. 3. Cascade the plan to teams. 4. Confirm projects will achieve the goals. 5. Establish a leadership structure to lead the plan through the year.

Align long-term and short-term priorities, resources, and actions to achieve your organization’s goals using a data-based strategic planning and annual planning processes.
The process uses team input and multiple data analyses (community, environment, customers, employees, financial, organization, and processes) along with a prioritized SWOT analysis to create 1) strategic initiatives with goals, measures, timelines, and resources; 2) Immediate interlocking to Annual Work Plans; 3) Team member activities and projects; and alignment of team and individual activities.

High performing organizations are all about engaging and empowering everyone in actively improving their workplace and work processes every day. An essential key to your organization’s success and the development of your most important resource – People, is through you as Leaders (anyone who observes and directs the work of others).
