To increase your knowledge and skills of the 5S method and be able to use it to decrease searching and getting ready wastes, improve productivity, and create an environment that is safe, visual and supports work processes. The training encompasses both physical and virtual work environments.
Training: 24 hours of education and immediate application. Participants bring a scenario to class on which to focus and practice.
Application and Coaching: 2 days of on-site event co-lead. One-on-one coaching until results are achieved.
Certification: Participation in this course and completion of 1 project = Continuous Improvement 5S Black Belt CERTIFICATION.
