Focus and engage your team members in achieving goals, identifying problems (daily), joining in solving problems and implementing improvements. Team Continual Improvement System™ (CIS™) process and huddling around the CIS™ board is a fantastic way to increase adoption of improvements more quickly and sustain more improvements longer.
Goal of Team Huddles:
To gain the knowledge and immediate implementation of your team huddle.
